Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AI Employees. Plain wording where plain wording works — the parts that matter most are billing, what you may automate, and who is responsible for what.
Last updated 29 July 2026
1. The agreement
By creating a workspace or using the platform you accept these terms. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
A hosted platform for configuring and running automated business workflows — answering calls, messaging customers, scheduling, invoicing, document handling and related tasks — using third-party AI models and the connectors you choose to enable.
The workflows act on your behalf. You decide what they are allowed to do, and you are responsible for what they do once enabled.
3. Your account and credentials
- Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your vault master password is not recoverable. We never store it — the encryption key for your connector credentials is derived from it per operation. If you lose it, connector secrets sealed with it cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
4. Plans, add-ons and billing
- Subscriptions run monthly or annually from the date you start, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Advanced add-ons are licensed monthly on top of an eligible plan: $299/mo each for Personal Assistant, MLM and Credit Repair; Call Center is $2,000/mo per bundle of 5 agents.
- Documents and e-signature are included with any paid add-on and are not sold separately.
- Plan limits (jobs per month, connectors) are enforced in software. Exceeding them requires an upgrade or a top-up.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice, which will never apply to a period you have already paid for.
5. Payment is in crypto, and we never hold your money
We accept cryptocurrency only. We do not take card or bank details.
We are not a money transmitter and never take custody of your funds. Where a workflow pays a third party on your instruction, the payment goes from your own wallet to that provider directly — we hold your authorization, never your money. The wallet is yours: it is controlled by your password, and we operate it only within limits you set.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible and public. Sending to a wrong address, or a loss caused by the network itself, cannot be undone by us.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel any time; the licence stops renewing at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then.
- Because settlement is on-chain and irreversible, payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we failed to provide the service.
- If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to:
- Contact people you do not have a lawful basis to contact. If you use voice or SMS in the United States you must comply with the TCPA, honour do-not-call requests, and observe calling-hour limits. We provide DNC gating; using it is your obligation.
- Break the recording and consent laws that apply where you and the other party are.
- Misrepresent an automated agent as a human where disclosure is required.
- Use the Credit Repair workflow in breach of the Credit Repair Organizations Act — including charging in advance for services not yet performed, or promising results you cannot deliver.
- Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content, or attempt to breach the platform's security or another tenant's data.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform, its providers, or other customers at risk. Where practical we will tell you first.
8. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything your workflows produce for you. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service.
We keep ownership of the platform, the workflow templates and the software. Nothing here transfers that to you.
9. AI output
The platform uses language models. Their output can be wrong, and it is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything sent to a customer or relied on for a decision. Where a workflow performs a consequential action — spending money, sending a message, booking travel — we gate it behind an explicit authorization step, and you should keep those gates on.
10. Third-party services
Connectors integrate services governed by their own terms — telephony, email, calendars, travel, accounting and payment providers. An outage, policy change or account suspension at one of them can interrupt a workflow, and their terms apply to you when you connect them.
11. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or retire features — with notice where a change is material.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law — including claims about messages or calls your workflows sent.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above changes and account owners are notified by email of material changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions: support@wflowprocess.app.
